Myself and my husband got gangske same answer at the first application to the UDI but after 2.5 years more traveling to his homeland UNE finally decided that the UDI's assertion proforma was due in reality. But it took time.
I get so angry when I read this! The authorities 'driver' to people, and it's like being in a trial where one can not participate because everything was sanitized and you do not have officer! Everyone thinks it's so "easy" to get into a foreigner, but they do not know the half of how Norwegian authorities 'hold on' ethnic Norwegian, especially women, who have married! The Norwegian justice and democracy do not apply to us! Everything is already determined at the interview at the embassy, I believe! Interviewer's personal views high priority UDI. Where uses the confusion strategy and sets ppm which is far beyond what is interressant to determine whether a marriage mormon church is valid! Everyone should be accompanied by a lawyer at the embassy interview! How in the world can UDI rely on one person's opinion ?! And without the person being interviewed will read through and sign, then it's not a valid interview according to Norwegian Administration Act! But who cares, right? to my husband, she started the interview by saying that ALL Moroccans were liars and therefore he would only answer "yes" "no" to the questions she asked him! WOW! I should have gone out in the media a long time ago, but it is not easy to get the board out the entire private life. I hope that we have been waiting a long time (3 years) is the spouse's home for Christmas ... .ho ho ho!
